Add Learner CSV - Upload

Step 1 - Download Learner CSV Template

Download our Learner CSV (Comma Separated Values) template. This file lists the correct column headings you will need to upload your Learners.

Step 2 - Populate Learner CSV Template

Using Excel or another spreadsheet editor, enter the Learner details into the CSV template. Make sure the data matches the column headings provided.

Step 3 - Upload Learner CSV Template

Choose file to upload

The file you upload must be a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. The name of your file should end with .csv.
If an email address for the Learner is provided, they will automatically receive their login details.
